Terms and Conditions for 2007/08
Prices do not include 18% administration fee and 5% meal tax.
There is a $500 charge for on-site ceremonies.
When you choose to hold your ceremony onsite, 5 hours are included to host your total event. If you find you need more time, an additional 1/2 hour is $300.
Tent rentals must be paid for by February 1 of the wedding year.
Special orders such as special chairs, additional tents etc. must also be paid for by February 1 of the wedding year.
A guaranteed count will be required 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
This count is a MINIMUM and can not be reduced. Please let us know if your count increases AT LEAST 2 days before the event.
Due to fluctuations in market costs, we cannot guarantee menu prices more than 90 days prior to the function date.
Insurance and health regulations prohibit guests from bringing any food or beverage into or out of Zukas Hilltop Barn.
Weddings require a minimum of 100 guests on Friday and Sunday.
Saturday functions require a minimum of 150 guests.
Unpaid balances are due one week prior to the event, payable by cashiers check.
